Developer (Claude Code)

Strongest evidence

Install once. Every prompt, edit, and response is captured at the source and hash-chained as you work, across every project on your machine.

npx -y @interactivetech/copyrightable install
  1. Create your account above, then open the dashboard.
  2. Copy your key from the dashboard (Settings). The hook is a local script, so it uses a key, not a login.
  3. Run: npx -y @interactivetech/copyrightable install
  4. Set the key: export COPYRIGHTABLE_API_KEY=ck_live_... then keep working. Captures appear in your dashboard.

Writer (paste a conversation)

No install

Paste the transcript of a conversation from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or anywhere else. The real interaction, captured verbatim - not a summary.

copyrightable.app/try
  1. Open /try (no account needed for a first look).
  2. Paste the raw transcript of your conversation.
  3. See the authorship score under Methodology v0.1, scored on the real turns.
  4. Sign up free to save it as a filing, freeze the Merkle root, and export.

Claude, Cursor, any MCP client

One URL, no install

Add our hosted connector by URL and log in. No config file, no key to paste. Then ask the assistant to register a session whenever you want. Heads up: the assistant re-types the conversation from its own context, so for the most faithful record the paste path above is still best.

https://mcp.copyrightable.app/mcp
  1. In Claude, open Settings, Connectors, Add custom connector.
  2. Paste https://mcp.copyrightable.app/mcp and click Add. Leave the OAuth fields blank.
  3. Click Connect and log in with your Copyrightable account.
  4. Ask the assistant: "Register this conversation as a Copyrightable filing in project my-novel."
